I’m Austin Hellickson, Managing Broker with LPT Realty. I represent buyers and sellers in Sumner, Puyallup, Orting, Bonney Lake, and the rest of the valley, and I keep my office here in town.

Most of the questions people bring me are Sumner questions. Which side of the flood map a house sits on. How long the walk really is from a bungalow near Loyalty Park to the Sounder platform on Maple Street. Whether the back bedroom on a 1920s house was ever permitted. What the side sewer looks like under the big maple out front.
Those questions are easier to answer from here. With the office at 1230 Fryar Ave, a showing in town is a short drive and a question about a particular street is one I can go and look at. Sellers who want to go through the paperwork in person can sit down with me here.
I also work in Puyallup, Orting, Bonney Lake, and across Pierce County, because few people shopping the valley look in only one town.
Call ahead and I’ll be there to meet you.

Where the White River meets the Puyallup, with a brick Main Street and farm fields past the edge of town.

Tell me what you have in mind and roughly when you’d like to move. I’ll tell you plainly what I’d look at first, and what I’d leave alone.
